Emerald Price Increase
I was looking around in Emerald's 3D Builder today and noticed that they've had a small price increase. For an X-20, the base price has gone up by $100 (to $2,350 USD) and the cost of a veneer has gone up $45. I didn't look at the other models.
I'm a little surprised this didn't happen earlier. Their costs are undoubtedly going up.

I think after Covid and Ukraine war everything is becoming more expensive. When I go to grocery shop these days I can see it very clearly. So their price increase was sadly expected. I think from last year the X20 and X30 base prices went up for 200 $. But Emerald is now offering a 100 $ coupon if you subscribe + free standard shipping which helps. Carbon fibre is not cheap material + these guitars are 100% made in Ireland which I appreciate very much. Just my 2c.

My X20, ordered in August 2018, cost $1825. Plain CF, no pickup, no other options. Add $150 for the case, and $55 for shipping to the US, and the grand total was $2030.
The same thing today would be $2350, hard case and shipping included, so that’s about a 15% increase over that time. I’d say that’s pretty fair, given everything that’s gone on in the world in the intervening 5 years or so
