Default 2013 Taylor 618e Sunburst Grand Orchestra (Maple/Sitka)

SOLD.

Serial #1102053096. Completion Date: 2/5/13.
Grand Orchestra size Flattop Guitar. 16.75” wide, 5” deep.
Solid Sitka Spruce top with abalone rosette.
Solid Big Leaf Maple sides and two-piece back.
Gloss Tobacco Sunburst finish on body.
Hard Rock Maple neck with gloss Tobacco Sunburst finish.
Ebony fingerboard with Twisted Ovals inlays.
1.75” nut and 25.5" scale length.
Ebony bridge.
Ebony bridge pins with abalone dots.
Bone nut and saddle.
Ebony peghead veneer with abalone Taylor logo.
Ebony truss rod cover.
White binding on body, fingerboard, and peghead.
Gold Taylor tuners.
Taylor ES1 (Expression System) 9V pickup system.
Taylor Deluxe Hardshell brown case in new condition.

Original List Price = $3798 base + $120 bone nut & saddle + $200 sunburst = $4318 total.

This is a one-owner, new condition guitar and case. No fret wear or cosmetic issues of any kind - - looks unplayed. Typical easy Taylor playability and flawless construction. Balanced sound for a large body guitar, which makes it quite versatile for both strumming and fingerstyle playing.

Current set-up specs: Action is at 5/64" and 4/64" for the low E and high E strings, respectively, at the 12th fret. Neck relief is .005" at the 5th fret.

Price lowered to $sold shipped via FedEx Ground in the continental USA only, with payment by check or other non-fee method.

That is a beauty, but I don't think you meant Tobacco burst, did you? Looks more cherry or honey, from the pictures...

Anyway, very nice guitar!

To Bluepoet: I think it may be the fact that I shot the pictures in strong, direct sunlight that makes the coloring more "reddish" than it appears in person. Here's the link to the original selling dealer's listing, which states "Tobacco Sunburst" in the text description and includes some additional pictures:

This is the #1 guitar on my "I want it" list. I think the 2013 sounds much
better than the later models. I played a brand new 2016 at Sam Ash
last week and wouldn't pay $500 for it - lousy sound.

I am going to try to find the money.
