I've been shopping at pawnshops for guitar gear for 20 yrs. or so.

EVERY year I find 3-4 Killer deals.

Amen, brother! I've gotten some of my best gear from pawn shops as well as thrift stores and yard sales. If you don't see what you want, ask. Pawn shops often have a lot of gear that they don't have room to display. Yard sale sellers may have a guitar in the house collecting dust. Besides the subject Guild F50, I've found...
