Default New guitar pricing
40% seems to be a magic number on new Martin guitar pricing. Is that 40% off list price as quoted on Martin guitar website? I can’t remember

It's not a rule. It's a generous discount that is possible from some dealers on certain models. It is not a given. Definitely worth asking for.
