I've been waiting for an introduction for a slope shoulder dread(12 and 14 fret) in traditional tonewoods(Sitka/EIR and Sitka/mahogany, or add in some adi tops) designed by Andy P.

Now that would be a very interesting and hard to keep model on the walls at dealers imo.

That would be interesting too. Don't know if you'll see one but I suppose it could happen?

I've got to say, I love my new 322c with Tazmanian Blackwood. The new appointments are beautiful. You would think it has been revoiced, for a small guitar it is loud and deep.

Beautiful guitars. I really like the 400 series.

The bad thing is that I just bought a used/new 710. I want a 410eR. Is it too late to return the 710 and order a new 410eR?

I'm waiting to see and hear the 458e-R. A full sounding Rosewood 12 string for a reasonable price.

I played a 414ce with Rosewood back and sides the other day at a shop. Now, I have no clue if it was a LTD or whatever, but I didn't care for it as much as my 814. I thought it would sound little closer to the new 814s, but I guess the bracing is everything.

Now all I have to do is wait for the Canadian dollar to hit par again with the US dollar. Shouldn't be more than a few years <sigh>.

I would love to compare a 714 and 814. I know the 714 has a different top wood but I wonder how much the bracing pattern differs between the 814 and 714? They are both Rosewood as well so I wonder if they sound all that different. I did hear a demo of the 714 on Youtube and was very, very impressed. It seemed to have a deeper, warmer tone than the 814, which really appeals to me. I also think that the new 714 with the natural look, might just be the best looking Taylor guitar.
