Default Old Christmas Song

I just recorded my arrangement of an old beautiful german christmas song. It`s one of my favorites. Hope you like it. The german text means: Welcome the king of glory. I don`t know if it is also a famous song in America?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwti91c1QKM

Played on my Martin OM21.

Every sunday till Christmas Eve I post a song to my facebookaccount: www.facebook.com/davidsenzgitarre

Have a nice Advent season!

best wishes, david

Hi David...

What a wonderfully arranged and played piece. You have a wonderful, and very musical, touch.

No, it's not a familiar piece here in the USA, so thanks for broadening our Christmas music exposure.

Very nice. I wanted to know more about the tune and found this:

http://enominepatris.com/deutschtum/...die%20Tuer.htm

It has the lyrics in both German and English.

Thanks for your great arrangement!
