Default Cocobolo fingerboard - advice needed

Hi,

I have just received wood for my new guitar (from warehouse in Spain).
My intension was to have cocobolo rosewood, so I ordered such piece of wood.
I have mixed feelings, if this piece is good for a fingerboard.
One of doubts is it is flat sawn.
Some of you, guys, have for sure better experience with cocobolo figerboard, so please be so kind and give me some advice

Cocobolo is pretty stable, though I'm pretty sure you could get a nicely quartered piece rather easily. I use it for some fretboards, though I buy quartered billets and resaw them myself.
