Nice collection.
I have a guitar made by Thomas Malapanis in 2009. It is Adirondack/Indian rosewood. I think there are still pictures on this site. (I had put two guitars up for sale. The other one sold, so I kept this one.) I am interested in trying a 12-fret dreadnaught. If you are interested in the Malapanis, I would be willing to consider a trade for the Guild Orpheum guitar.
