Default Reviews of Eastman E10ooss?

Anyone have reviews on the Eastman E10ooss, particularly those owners that still have one...how have your feelings grown/decreased as time goes on or if you sold, why did you sell?

Look forward to feedback here because I've almost jumped for the new 00 Eastman a couple times (but I am maxed out). I sold my E20D, a mistake I've regretted. Incredible instruments, forget the money part of the equation -- So I've been looking at and playing the E20 00 and the E10 00 SS to fix my mistake. Eastman's definitely have their own tone thing going. At first they sound kind of vintage, but they've also got this updated sound ... some people compare the tone to Collings, but they (in general) have got more of that throaty growl mojo. Time we start looking at these as their own thing rather than Martin and Gibson replicants.

Have an Eastman E10 00 SS, can't really compare it to to many other guitars ... plays very well, nice neck (at least I like it), pretty guitar, sounds good, if not as good as my Gurian, but then again, what does. Certainly punches over its $$$ weight.

I enjoyed my E20 00 SS so much that I went out and got an Eastman parlor. They are not the same as playing my custom Taylor, but I'm pleased and proud to have two Eastman guitars flanking it hanging on the wall.

I have the 12 fret version.

It is superb.

I'd have no hesitations about buying the SS 14 fret version.

what is the sound/playability difference between the 12 fret 00 and the slope shoulder 14 fret, to those who have played both?

Anybody use them to sing over?
