The Shure 840s come with an extra pair of ear cushions (and a nifty little carrying bag). I haven't actually looked to see how easy it would be to switch out the ear cushions but don't expect that to be an issue for awhile. Then again, maybe I should have some Gorilla Glue on hand just in case.
