Rainsong Advanced Series
Anyone have any information about the new Rainsong "Advanced Series" that was intruduced at NAMM? All graphite construction, at a much lower price point.
http://namm.harmony-central.com/WNAM...ed-Series.html I've played a Rainsong WS1000 (their top line all-graphite model) and I really liked it, but it was outside of my price range. So this might be the ticket for me. - Bubba |

Their PR group isnt that great, hopefully the git is if you get one ;-)
from the press release... "RainSong Graphite Guitars is introducing The All-Graphite Advanced Series for NAMM -- a new line of composite guitars designed from the ground. Made entirely in the USA, this series features ..." |

It looks like Elderly has them on order.
http://elderly.com/brand/RAINSONG.html seems from the description there that a gigbag is standard rather than a hardshell case. I'm looking forward to playing one of these on a future trip there .....

I picked up the following additional info over in the Rainsong Yahoo group, and I thought I'd cross post it here for those who are interested.

Great to hear about these new s. I love my CA Bluegrass, and would love to get a smaller bodied Rainsong. Just wish everything wasnt cutaway or with electronics. Love to pick up a OM body from Rainsong in the Advanced price range. Oh well I guess.Think these new s will attract a lot of attention, they certainly have caught my eye.
