NGD - Taylor 114ce-N
I played one of the new models back in the spring at the 'new model show'. They were offering a nice discount but my wife said 'NO' because we had a big expensive vacation coming up. After the vacation she relented and said 'next time there's a road show and you can get a good discount'. Well wouldn't you know the Roadshow was scheduled the same night as a concert we were going to . So I messaged the shop the day after and they said 'come on by and we'll see what we can do'. Ended up getting it a bit cheaper than the roadshow price. Will post some pictures when I get them up on IMGUR.
So far liking it, but need to build up my right hand's calluses - I'm not used to fingerplaying!

I want to dabble with nylon crossovers and very interested in how this one feels/sounds.
Please post about this a lot as the info is very helpful.

Liking it so far! The neck width is the same as my 12 string, so not unmanageable.

Having played steel string dreads and electrics all my life, one first impression is how light this guitar is! In the Taylor padded gig bag (rather than a hard shell case) it is incredibly easy to hold under one arm while holding another guitar in my hand.

4 months in on this Taylor. I play it every week - probably no more than an hour, except when recording, and have composed a few songs on it.
Very happy with it overall, and its tone and feel. Keeping it humidified in our cold dry winter in the soft case, but in the market for a hardshell case, just for storage/humidification. Wondering how long the strings will last ... guess I'll know when the intonation starts to suffer.
