Happy new year!

Hi Tony,

Thanks! It's on standard tuning. I decided to stay on standard tunings as I don't have to keep retuning the guitar every time I want to play a different song.

Thanks for the informative response. You make standard tuning sound like an open tuning, which definitely proves Larry Pattis' point when he says that the tuning doesn't matter. I like what you are doing with your music.

Like it - the descending bass line that ties the thoughtfully hopeful melody together, the gentle, comfortable harmonic progression, the steady pulse - the whole feel of this piece. Nice!

I hate to jump on the "me too" bandwagon, but I just thought that piece -- the playing as well as the arrangement itself -- was simply wonderful.
