Ok, I bite. Explain the guitar mounted harmony switch. Pictures needed!

Guitar is usually my J-15 with Baggs M1A or Taylor 320 with Baggs M80

TC Harmony Singer and Radial PZ-DI into Yamaha Stagepas 600i PA

That's covers me for pretty much any gig. I'm looking at getting a TC Play Acoustic or Boss VE-8 to simplify the set up further. It can't decide which.

Had the first performance with the new rig yesterday.
Provided accompaniment for a trio of Sopranos at church.

Larrivee OM-02 with an LR Baggs Lyric, LR Baggs Para Di, direct to PA.

Also Revo cocobolo strap, Thalia Capo (black chrome & Rosewood), and Thalia 1.4mm jazz pick. Monster cable.

Guitar with K&K and Seymour Duncan MagMic..

Each has it's own output jack going to a separate channel on a Headway EDB-2.

Blend the pickups on the preamp and send it to the house.

For most house concerts I use no amplification at all.
When traveling I use whatever house PA and mic are on hand.
Around town I use an AER amp with and AKG 214 microphone.

Solo Instrumental guitar:
Guitar: Nylon Hybrid Guitar and Taylor GC

Signal Chain:
Boss TU3, Fishman, Tonedeq, TC Electronics Flashback DD, TC Electronics Ditto x2

Amplification:
Yamaha DB10 and TC Electronics Voicesolo FX150 as a monitor. We use my friend's Fishman SA220 for small to medium size venues in our instrumental duo.

For a small Open Mic I ran:
I used my DBR10 and TC monitor, but add a Samson MDR6 mixer and a Shure sm58 and Heil PR20. Not glamorous, but easy setup- tear done and sounds good.

Looks like the rest of us are overdoing it. :-)

Well, I'm mostly playing to pretty small quiet audiences, and I don't sing, so it's pretty easy for me to go simple most of the time. But my guitar does have a pickup and I do use it a few times a year. When I play at the NAMM show I use the pickup into the Bose tower thing that Santa Cruz rents, but I mostly hate the way that sounds.

Here's my acoustic board. I'm sure it's overkill, but it gives me options. Powered by a Cioks DC-5. Rolls is a headphone amp for the Alclair IEM's. Stereo DI's direct to sound system.

Gibson Hummingbird Pro (best dynamics I've ever played on an amplified acoustic), Breedlove Studio Concert 12 string, Audix OM-5, TC Helicon Play Acoustic with 3 button extra switch, Beat Buddy with 2 button extra switch, QSC Touchmix 16, Bose L1 Model 2.

I just used this Bose thing for the first time last night at a solo show and it is unbelievable. I just picked it up used and it is as advertised. Actually a bit too powerful for my needs last night but I'd rather have too much than too little. People in attendance said it was crystal clear.
