I bought my first really great guitar in 1967, an all koa Martin 018K made in 1927. That Martin is long gone and I finally replaced it with a Goodall Royal Hawaiian with all Koa construction. The Goodall is simply put AMAZING. I would stack it against anything I have ever played or heard. The Goodall never needs new strings due to sound decay but only because they just get old and the windings start to go. The workmanship is flawless and the koa is on fire with flame and curls. nough said.
