Default Collings OM1G Varnish (Sold)

2009 Collings OM1G Varnish
This is a fantastic OM guitar. Never thought the Varnish finish would make that much difference, but in the case of this guitar it really does. A very expensive option from Collings but it does sound great with this thin finish. A few minor marks because of the thinner finish, but overall great condition.

1 3/4" nut width
2 3/16" saddle
25 1/2" scale
Mahogany back and sides
German Spruce top
Varnish finish
Waverly tuners
Original case

Asking Sold shipped (conus) buyer pays fees if you choose that style payment.

****Sold****

I owned several Collings for a time, the varnish is the only one I miss. Far beyond the others. Hard to believe the varnish makes that much difference, I think it does.

I was sceptical on the Varnish also, for the price Collings charges. It either does make that much difference, or it's just a great guitar anyway. Maybe a combination of both.

I bought Todd’s Collings Varnish. It truly was the best sounding Collings I’ve ever played. The varnish does make a difference, and at this price someone is going to get a great deal.
