Default An OM for under £800. What options do I have?

Need an OM with solid rosewood back and sides and ebony fretboard. 1 3/4 inch nut.
Unfortunately Larrivee OM-40r is expensive in UK. Same goes for similar spec Eastman and Blueridge. Not much choice left. What can I look for?

Blueridge BR163 or 163a.

That's the one to get.

Shame about the 800 ceiling...
If you could possibly save another 3 or 4 hundred quid you're in used Martin country.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but the Furch guitars I've been seeing are pretty expensive. Love the OM34-SR, but it seems to be crazy expensive.

I have played the new Guilds in London stores and was pretty impressed.

Some of the Mexico built Martin's are good - might stretch your budget a little but worth auditioning.

Exactly what I was going to suggest. I see too that Richard's Guitars in Stratford are doing a walnut OM new for just over your budget.

They don't come up very often, but you can get a used Avalon Gold series for your money not an OM, but auditorium sized.

The guitars seem good, but the rosewood model is like £300+ over my budget.

I'm pretty sure Martin don't make rosewood OMs with 1.3/4 nuts in Mexico.

Are you absolutely set on the spec you've set? I can understand if you are, but if you were to open up the spec a bit it would increase your chances of success, eg 00, 000 sizes etc.
Over here in England some of the Tanglewood models are OK if you can get an older one. And the newer Sigmas are just fantastic in my opinion, and these are well within your budget. I've played both these makes and can vouch for them.
My local shop has a few Audens as well, a bit above your limit but I'm sure a negiciated price could be reached.
