Due to a recent purchase, I now have some guitars to sell.

This is an all solid mahogany parlor model which I purchased new in March of this year (2017). It's in excellent shape, with minor superficial pick marks that can be seen only in the right light. It is a very sweet and surprisingly rich sounding guitar. Included is the original hard shell case from Alvarez. Here are a couple of videos that I shot with it:
