What wood do you use for your linings? I'm going to try solid linings one of these years.

Hey Tim ... I laminate two pieces of 2.7mm poplar together (after they're bent) to get 5.2mm thick liners. My son and I just made a cheap steam chamber for making snowshoes, so I may try steaming the full thickness soon and see what happens.
