Beautiful, Daria! I really like Lauro & often hear #2 & #3 played of Valse Venezolano, but don't think I've heard #1 before. Great job - I'm off to check out some of your other videos.

Default Lauro

Truly splendid playing and tone production Daria! You captured the soul of Lauro's music.

What is the guitar you're using?

Same here. The only Lauro piece I play is Number 3, Natalia.

Very nicely done, Daria. So smooth and graceful.

Bravo! Clap clap clap... Beautifully done. Not sure I would know the difference with carbon strings. Do you like them? I tried them on one of my guitars and I don't really care for them but then again they might sound wonderful on another guitar and even better if played by some one with your talent. They seemed a bit brittle to my ear.

Beautiful! Bravo!

I've played #3 since before majoring in classical guitar performance in the 1980s. But am disappointed that I never took the initiative to hear #1. Such a beautiful piece and a wonderful performance!

And WOW... I just checked-out a bunch of your steel string YouTube work and it's awesome. Such a beautiful touch!

Well done! I've played Lauro's "La Gatica" and "El Negrito" which are two of my favorite pieces to play because they're short and sweet. You inspire me to play this one as well.
