Good audio quality on myspace

can someone with experience provide a step-by-step guide to getting high quality audio on the myspace player. it seems myspace converters kill the audio quality on my recordings (usually i save as stereo mp3 at 128kbps and import to myspace).

I was not aware that they convert uploaded files. I uploaded 320 kbps files and they sounded the same to me.
