Default I'm bustin'!!!!

I am going to get this tomorrow...

http://www.elderly.com/vintage/items/20U-9249.htm

I played it on Saturday and WOW!!! what an instrument...Like a Lakewood M-32 on steroids!!!..came home and couldn't get it off my mind (15 years ago I would have bought it on the spot, but have become more practical) I spoke with Kent Everett regarding this instrument and he told me it is the only Laurel OM that he made!! He is truly a great guy and SO helpful. As many of you know, I have been through LOTS of instruments and this may be the "grail" for me. The best part is I offered the owner (on consignment) 1200.00 and it was accepted!!!!
MAY NOT SLEEP TONIGHT!!!!

Todd,

Thanks for the emails this weekend. I hoped the owner would take your offer.
I know you are getting a gem. Don't take this wrong, it is a total complement; but YOU ARE A GRAVY-SUCKING PIG! I mean that in the best way. I suggest taking the day off from work and playing it all day.

Congrats,

Scott

Congrat's! I've been eying that guitar for almost 2 weeks, but I pulled the trigger on another guitar at Elderly's (I love that place).

Todd,

I thought you were a Mahogany man!

That guitar is B-E-A-Utiful!

Trust me, we already looked. We visited Borsheim's last time I was in Omaha - Warren Buffett's place, and it shows! The matching wedding set that I want to get her should be covered after I sell all my guitars and harvest a kidney!

Did you pick it up yet?

Way to go, Todd! I've been eyeing that baby for a while now, just couldn't afford to pull the trigger just yet. If it sounds as good as the one and only Laurel series guitar that I've played, you've got a winner!
