Check out the offerings from Cordoba, specifically the C5 or C7. You might also look at Yamaha's CGX lineup.

I like the Höfner HF and HGL series.
There is a walnut/spruce one at a local store that I particularly like.

I've got a very clean Alhambra 7P for sale in the classifieds. You might take a look at the pictures. I think it's a great looking guitar that's well made and a great guitar to learn on.
