SOLD! LOWER PRICE! 2000 Santa Cruz PJ #75 (Sitka/EIR) OHSC
I have a sweet and lively Santa Cruz parlor PJ (serial number 75). Dated at 2000 per the Santa Cruz site. 1 11/16" nut width. 2 3/16" spacing. 24" scale length. The guitar has a well repaired top crack (see the picture). The top is super lively with a lot of harmonic detail. Reminds me of an Irish guitar in terms of its secondary notes and chime. This is a very lightly built guitar. Solid neck body joint. The ivioid has yellowed some. Frets in great shape with lots of crown. Saddle has plenty exposed bone above the bridge. The action is effortless.
Was $2300, now $2050. LOWERED AGAIN to $1950! We can negotiate shipping. Will consider trades for a high end Gibson slope or LG. Always open to trying new things. I would have bought this guitar if I didn't already have one. These PJs are great little gems. Ask anyone who saw and heard Jorma play mine at Fur Peace Ranch during Rev Gary Davis week last October. Wonderful sound and a joy to play. There will be no buyers remorse here.

Thanks for the testimonial. This is a seriously lively and vibrant guitar. It has strong fundamental notes but what surprises me most are the chime and harmonics. Lots of volume with minimal effort. We're I not downsizing, there is no doubt I'd keep this baby.

This Santa Cruz is a seriously lively guitar. Lots of chime and timbre. Opening up nicely. Top crack has been inspected and is stable. Barely noticeable. I'm motivated to sell this one or the Waterloo. Maybe both.

I traded this guitar to Rick. This is a really nice little parlor with projection that you won't believe considering its size. Great guitar and a stand-up guy like Rick, it's hard to believe that this guitar is available for this price!
