The unfortunate thing is that in our current media obsessed, selfie obsessed "culture" people project what they see into what they do.

Here in Vancouver we have had numerous incidents of young people (males of course) who race daddy's Ferrari, Lamborghini etc on the street. They even get others to block the streets behind them to prevent police getting at them.

13 exotic cars racing, confiscated...and NONE of the drivers over the age of 20.

IMO, it is the very very VERY rare teenager (or even 20-something) that can truly handle a Ferrari or a Lamborghini. Worse yet, some of these cars were NOT daddy's, but were owned by the 18 year old. I personally had a 16 year old driving a BMW M5 lose control and hit my parked van, right in front of my house.

AFIAC Anyone "racing" or "TWOC"ing (Taking without consent) - i.e. stealing cars for fun) should be sentenced for attempted murder.

Permanent bans, hard labour, and community service clearing up crashes and bodies for the police and in in hospital E&R departments.

Surprised to hear you guys still have cars fast enough to hurt yourself in.

That is a very strange comment. I don't think I understand your point.
