I use the supplement biotin and my nails are as tough at age 63 as they have ever been.

I need to start taking that. Had read about it years ago. I've seen amazing results with glucosamin sulfate to control my arthritis for the past eight years, so why not biotin to strengthen my nails. Thanks for that reminder!
