If it's a brand new laptop, begs the question did you open the box for the first time yourself or did the shop "set it up"? I've seen some shop set ups that are positively scary! If you are the first to use it, I'd be performing the scans that I suggested and then, if they find anything, ringing the mfg's help line and asking, "why?"

Add acousticguitarforum.com to the safe sites list. See if it goes away. Its most likely a certificate issue with the site being thrown because of your security settings. You can also reduce your security if it it's a tad high. Typically its the site not you. Your PC is doing what its supposed to be doing. New PC?
