Thanks Paul. Yes a number of people have understandably inquired about this one. And for good reason...

But, it is still here...and I'm ready to make a deal with someone. Bring an offer...if it is reasonable, who knows, I might take it. Get with me...someone will get a splendid guitar.

Thanks Paul. Given the less than perfect conditions for recording, I think the tone is represented well enough for most people to understand just how good this guitar is. Ya know, if it sounds this good like this, imagine a good mic in front of it...WOW!

Here's another look at it:

If it helps any, I posted a couple of songs in Show & Tell just recently using my Santa Cruz FS, cedar/EIR, just like the guitar the OP is selling here.

Post #1 and post #13 are two different recordings done with good condenser microphones with the sound recorded in Cubase and then synched with the video so that the sound heard is from the good microphones and high quality Cubase recording.

Here is the link: http://www.acousticguitarforum.com/f...d.php?t=458520

For instrumental playing, I like the Santa Cruz FS a great deal.

The SCGC FS was, is and remains the original new age fingerstyle guitar to which all others should be compared.

As a former owner of this guitar Inassure it is a great one. I owned 3 FSs over the years. All were good but this one was the best. Not only is it in superior condition with upgraded tuners, but it plays very easily and sounds awesome.

No way to go wrong with this guitar.

Smile What Jabberwocky said...

And, great seller here! As most AGF folks already know...

I am surprised this is still unsold. Mighty fine axe!

Cheers

Man, I am surprised it has not sold already. If I don't already have a Lowden F38C in Cedar this would have been mine already.

Someone is going to be very pleased with this FS. Primo stuff. A crazy good guitar at a crazy good price.

Unless you are in a real hurry, in which this doesn't count, I'd advise from experience just being patient. It's a small market for an F or FS but there are buyers out there, they are great guitars. I've found constantly dropping the price just encourages potential buyers to sit on their hands until they are sure you have bottomed out.

Thanks Brother. This is it on this one. And yes, I will plan to wait this one out. I've had some real interested people who come and go, but despite the fact that nobody has yet pulled the trigger, this guitar is well worth the asking price and more. Fact is, I'd rather keep it myself than discount it further. I appreciate the encouragement.
