2013 Taylor 516e FLTD - $1,995
For sale is my beautiful 2013 Taylor Fall Limited edition 516e. Features stunning flamed mahogany back and sides, European spruce top with Adirondack bracing, Taylor's new ES2 expression system (their first guitar to feature this), and gold Gotoh tuners. Has rosewood binding around body and up the neck and around headstock, rosewood and boxwood inlay around soundhole, and ebony headstock. This was Andy Powers first total remake I believe, and it is a fantastic player...deep base, great mids and controlled trebles. It is a really special guitar, and I am sure whoever ends up with it will love it, hopefully as much as I have.
I had this guitar for sale in March, but pulled it off the market because I just wasn't sure I wanted to let such a stunning guitar go. But after much reflection, I have reluctantly decided to sell. I have a child going to college and could use the money for a better purpose. This guitar has always been properly humidified, and comes from a non-smoking home. The case is Taylor's newest deluxe version with red lining, and is in perfect condition. I would rate this guitar a 9.9 out of 10, no discernible dings, scratches, etc. Frets are in great shape, very minor wear if at all. I will entertain Paypal sales only. I will cover PP fees but ask any buyer to add $50 towards shipping. Will ship securely packaged. Asking $1,995, pretty firm on price. No trades please. PM me with any questions, thanks for looking.
