Help to identify old archtop guitar?

Others have helped narrow this down to either a Regal or Harmony. It appears it is from the 30's or 40's. I found this in very good condition at an estate sale.

If anyone can provide additional input as to the make and period of this guitar, it would be greatly appreciated.
