Klira Patricias are German Archtops from the late 50s to 60s.
They were produced in big numbers in Bubenreuth near Nuremberg and also sold under different brands. I bought a very used one for around 100€, painted her blue, changed the inlays and made her playable again. She had a plastic-bridge which I changed to a Gretsch-bridge. I like her very much... So, if the Klira is in really excellent condition, 400$ are okay. If it's "only" in good to average condition, 400$ seem a little much, but if you like classy archtops, it may be worth it. cheers, Bernd (sorry for my bad english ...)
