Default Has anyone changed the tuning machines on their Rainsong?

I would love to see a more traditional look of some Waverley butter bean tuners on the H-DR1100N2 that I ordered. I wonder if anyone has tried to replace them with the Waverly's.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I was just looking at some youtube videos this morning (waiting for the kiddies to wake from their slumber), and noticed that the David Wilcox model has some very nice Gotoh tuners. I wonder if those would be a drop in replacement for the ones that come with the H-DR1100NS.

Anyone? Maybe Ashvin will see this, as he answered my question on string gauge.

Thanks,
Dave

Yes ... the Wilcox tuners (21:1 ratio) fit the same holes. Note, however, the little screw holes may not align. But it is a simple thing to fill the old holes (superglue) and drill new ones.
