Kramster, thanks for posting these - assuming the pics below the 'rock tips' are sound dampening material, do you remember the manufacturer?

Eric Schoenberg and I are on our way home from NAMM and I've just gotten a chance to check out these pages, wow! What a job Kramster has done. And I can tell you folks who haven't met him that he is a tireless and enthusiastic fellow; well met! We are holed up in Santa Barbara for the night and are off to dinner an d hopefully a good nights sleep because nobody in Luthiers Consortium go one in Anaheim. It was, by the way, one of the better NAMMs I've attended, perhaps the best.

My own personal favorite moment at NAMM, and frankly in my life, was getting the thumbs up from Miles Davis' son for the Kind Of Blue record I did.
