Default Everybody Wants to Rule the World

After hearing Andy Mckee's rendition of this great song, I had to give it a try. Not his version mind you, but maybe one day I'll haver to learn his. I just wanted to keep it in the same tuning as some of my other stuff. My buddy Vince wanted to shoot the video, so I let him. He took plenty of creative license, including not syncing all the shots, but so be it. Hope you like it. (That's my Huss and Dalton TOM-R btw)

Very nice James!

Great sounds in there -- I really enjoyed your performance and your recording! Your guitar sounds wonderful!

Are you in a bell tower? What a fascinating venue, wherever you are!

Well done James! What a fun video! And it sounds terrific!

Thanks Glenn! Much appreciated. The space is a converted old factory building. It was built at the turn of last century and renovated for the 1996 Olympics. I don't know what they used to make there but the thing I am sitting under used to be an elevator support of some kind. The owner saved some of the old industrial artifacts as art when they renovated I suppose. He built a little platform to put it on, and that was where they told me to go sit to film the video. It was fun to do, but I'm not used to being on video, so it felt a little awkward.

Very nice playing and very good sound. You didn’t look ‘awkward’ in the video.
