Looked up Paracho, seems there are many guitar makers there. Maybe this should be posted in the General Acoustic Guitar Discussion forum to get more people looking at it. You might just have more luck googling Paracho and guitars and compare your guitar to the ones that pop up.

I visited Paracho when I was doing business in Mexico many years ago. There are indeed many guitar and other instrument makers there.
