Default Finger Exercise

Can anyone recommend finger exercises that can be done at random to facilitate flexibility? Not while playing but while away from the guitar, like watching a movie or walking.

Thanks folks,
Phil

Silly putty, or a squeeze ball.

Hold two or three golf balls in one hand and rotate them around one another. This loosens up the hand pretty well.

I know this is trite, but scales really help with flexibility. A good ten minute scale workout really helps!
