For sale is a handmade Sitka/EIR concert model from my personal favorite luthier, Marc Beneteau. Despite the size/shape of the guitar there is serious headroom to spare and Marc's signature clarity and depth in the lower end is very present. The sustain is remarkable as well since it's opened up over the past 34 years.

The neck is a comfortable slim C-shape, much like a modern Taylor, nut width sitting right around 1.73. Scale length 25.5.
Body depth at the heel and neck are both 4 1/8 inch deep. It's a lot like a 000 guitar.

It has a fair amount of dings/wear on its top and spider-web finish cracks throughout the back and sides but there are no cracks from humidity/misuse. Theres plenty of saddle (bone) and it had a recent fret replacement. When it was shipped to me the previous owner didn't remove the endpin and it cracked slightly on the lower bout but I had it repaired right away and cleated on the inside to prevent future cracking. You can barely see the repair unless in the right light. I also paid to have it setup for fingerstyle so the intonation and playability up the neck are pristine!

The video's I attached are recorded with flat eq so you're getting a pretty true representation of the guitars tone, had some DAddario PB lights on it that were pretty broken in.

Had some interest but no serious offers yet, kind of crazy considering most Beneteaus I've seen on here are usually snagged in less than a day. Will keep up for another day or so before I list to Reverb/eBay

Love the golden Sitka top and it's a great sounding concert guitar, at a great price point. I had no idea Beneteau was building that long ago!

Thanks for the compliments, it's a nicely balanced guitar with that signature depth in the bass register that all Marc's guitars seem to sport..truthfully it's voice is a lot like my 2010 Model M in Macassar/Carpathian which was around 5600 usd used....should tell you a lot about the builder. Marc has a really unique lush tone to his guitars. The finish checking and mall repair are the only reasons for the low price. . Going to drop it to $2100 paypalled and shipped and list this to Reverb for the time being...need the cash so serious offers will be considered!
