Default Intonation problem Martin dreadnought jr

Hey guys I just bought a Martin d jr I love it but when I play
A g chord and strum, the b string on the third fret is really sharp it's really
Only just that one note (D) that is sharp. At the 12th fret and all others it's ok. Truss rod is adjusted correctly I've changed strings multiple times and even filed the saddle so the b string sits farther back but still no luck fixing the intonation on that fret. Thanks in advance

Is the fourth fret higher than the third and fifth?

I'm betting your nut slots are not deep enough. I've had that same situation on most of the guitars I've purchased over the years. The other dead give away is a "cowboy" C chord. It should be worse at the first fret if I'm right. If the slots are not deep enough, the excess pull on the string to fret it makes it go sharp. Good luck.
