Yep.. I am surprised they are still in stock. I bought mine a few hours ago when they had 4 left. I see now there are 2. I think CAS got one too..

They sell new for $300+ ... Looks nice with a variety of inputs and mixer
With the 30 watts /6.5" speaker and 1" Tweeter... Not hugely powerful, but hopefully has a full sound.

But based on lack of info and reviews..
I take it that it was not a hot seller.

There were 7 when I first posted this. I'm surprised and impressed by the power it has, just remember to do your proper testing as an extension speaker or with a DI, though who knows what to do about hotting up the xlr channel. I guess you could try to DI that too. Very carefully...

Second, mine has "25w" printed in the little box describing the '100v ~50\60hz' or whatever it says, on the photo right. Its erased in this photo.

The 'No guarantee outside Japan' language isn't printed on my sample of the amp, so out goes that part.

And here it is with a bass player. Looking at this video, it seems Korg is trying to obscure the fact that each member of this band has their own MMA130. Its not powerful enough to handle the whole band, but like I said earlier on the busking amp thread, you can do a whole lot with four of these.

And part 2 of the video:

I saw that one also, I saw those cords being plugged in at first but when they started playing you could see three of them,

Any idea how these rate volume wise with the Roland AC33?

I'd say from my two hours with it that its much louder so long as you use something like the AC33 as its master. Its a bit louder too going direct but you'll hear the stress and it doesn't hit distortion as kindly as the AC33.

I would think that using them together as a system would make an impressively loud and clear sound that would give almost anything battery powered a competitive run. I mean like the Compact mobile or my Loudbox Mini system.

Its got a dome tweeter so a good clean and pleasing sounding treble that's not shrill or shouty and it makes real bass.

I didn't get the chance to run it today but I plan to take it to a large, open space with a little amp as the front end and compare it to the LBX MIni directly. Then, I'll try it as an extension to the MIni, which will give me a way to directly compare the two amps output and sound side by side.

As usual I'm optimistic but I won't know until I get out there and do it.

I should say that my first Impressions from last night were made using a Recording King 00 Nick Lucas clone with a Baggs M80 with my short, 8 foot Whirlwind guitar cable into the little amp.

The vocal was with my vintage EV ND257, a cardiod neodymium mic (most like a Beta 58 in the modern world) into a 15 foot Livewire xlr.

I was using a 20 ft guitar cord btwn the amps (I've packed most of my patch cables away and don't have them handy. I know better than to use a shielded cable between two amps but its all I could grab quickly).
