Default String height question

So I got my Córdoba C9 and put on a new set of strings and I want to measure string height. What are the correct string heights at what fret and which strings do I measure? Also do I measure from top of fret or fingerboard?

You measure from the top of the 12th fret, to the bottom of the string. You wa t to measure the two E strings. Treble e should be around 2.75-3mm, and bass E should be around 3.5-3.75mm. When I say "should", I mean if you're me. Seriously, that's about right for most people.

Thank you. I thought it was off the top of the fret but wasn't sure.
