Long shot OM/SJ wide nut and saddle search
I've realized that I just can't compromise on 1 13/16 nut and 2 5/16 saddle. I keep trying different 1 3/4's with narrow saddles and just can't go back and forth comfortably.
Before I take the dive on another custom, I thought I'd put a post up and see what's out there with these non-negotiable parameters in mind: 1 13/16 nut width - 2 5/16 saddle spacing (may be interested in 1 7/8 nut as well) OM or SJ size - nothing bigger or smaller - 14 frets to the body No Rosewood back and sides unless it's maybe Honduran or Palo Escrito (one of the lighter rosewoods) No Cedar or Redwood tops Excellent plus to mint condition with a snug fitting quality case 3500 or less price - could go a little more for the right one. PLEASE PM ME SO THIS DOESN'T GET BUMPED TOO MUCH
