It's a steal at the price. All you need to do is replace the back, top, sides, neck, head and fingerboard. You can probably reuse the nut, saddle and tuning machines.

This week there is a rash of Taylors - I always keep an eye out for repairable fun projects and there is a Big Baby, 110, 210 and 814 all listed at the same time, which is unusual.
