Thanks, J.R.! I appreciate that. I'm really looking forward to designing more of these!

Peggy: "I use a two-part polyurethane finish. First coat has been applied."

Peggy: "Second coat is on and we're starting to get some shine! I love this part, watching the wood come alive."

I've followed this build from the first post. The entire design and realization is beautiful. I have a huge affinity for "simple elegance" and Peggy has that in spades. I have not heard nor played one of your instruments, but I'm going to make that a priority. Aesthetically this is....did I say beautiful?

Thanks so much, Mark! I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the sound when you do get a chance to play one .

This is a tiny detail probably in the big scheme of things, but as beautiful as this build is, I think I like your logo on the headstock the most. Very elegant and cool! Congrats on a great looking build!

Interesting--I love the whole look of this guitar, but I was thinking that perhaps the headstock logo could be something "boxier" or containing angles so that it coincided more with the Kandinsky theme that Peggy has going on.

The guitar is really visually fantastic no matter what! Can only imagine it's going to sound wonderful...

That guitar is a stunner. Very nicely done. I will have to check the Dream Guitar website for sound clips.

Best,
Jayne

I'm not a fan of cutaways ... but I'd happily live with that one.
Just beautiful, superb work.

Thanks, Jayne! I am so happy with the sound of this guitar, beautiful, rich bottom end and clear mids and highs.
