Default Bad Driver Solution

I have this fantasy about putting paint ball guns in the grills of cars. The trigger button would be by the driver's seat. That way if you see a car with allot of paint ball hits you'll know to stay away from them. And they would know who they are. Good drivers wouldn't have any hits.

Some police departments use something similar to track cars.

I used to like the idea of paint balls or plastic darts but then I thought about the risk of an accident happening due to startling the driver whose car just got whacked with something .....

I think deploying projectiles while driving is a huge traffic pileup just waiting to happen.

That sounds like a good idea except ... who decides who shoots paint balls at whom? I suspect that soon everybody's car will be covered with them just because it is so fun to shoot.
