Default On Up The Mountain Chord Help!

Hi, I've fallen in love with this tune by Jakob Dylan, I love the chorus, but I am stumped on the bridge. Does anyone one have a good chord set for this song? The Internet is falling short on this one! This is what I have so far, and any help is greatly appreciated!

Capo II

G D C G
You're old enough to know well that better things are all uphill
Am D C G
Bitter songs are never sung in the highlands were you belong
G D C G
In the smoke of cannons below men they bury each other in rows
Am D C D
People come people go work in numbers and leave alone

Chorus 1
G D
There's a light making it's way
C G
On up the mountain night and day
G D
You'll get tired you'll get weak
C G
But you won't abandon your masterpiece

Off to sleep you'll go through the halls and opened doors
Silver bells swinging low strung in branches of the unknown
Soon morning comes to warm the world and wake you up
Night is gone awful fast it ain't wrong to be sad

Chorus 2
There's a light makin' it's way
On up the mountain night and day
You'll go down you'll go deep
But you won't surrender your masterpiece

D Em C
Here it comes and there it goes
Am G D B7
The unbearable sound of the earth making men out of boys
F D G
First you learn then you'll teach about the bright bright light

Chorus 1

Chorus 2

You'll go down you'll go deep
You will deliver your masterpiece
