Default Ragtime Guitar - 'A Bag of Rags' on Gretsch resonator

W. R. McKanlass' 1912 composition 'A Bag of Rags' played on my Gretsch Honey Dipper G9202.

Very well done, Tony... that was fun. Love the warm tone from your Gretsch. I'm not familiar with that rag tune, but I really enjoyed it. Thanks.

Thanks Kerbie. I thought the Gretsch sound really suited this piece.

That was a fun tune to listen to, and it sounds fantastic on your Gretsch. You must have a lot of enjoyment playing it. I certainly enjoyed hearing it, so thanks.

You're welcome! Yes, it's a great piece to play. I dug it out of a pile of old arrangements from about a decade ago. I couldn't play it back then.

Thanks Rod. It was a friend who suggested that I recorded on the Gretsch rather than my usual nylon string. Glad I did!
