Smile Porchboard old model...SOLD AGF

Hey gang

SOLD AGF! Yay team

Anyone foot stomp using only toes or heels? If so this can not be beat. Checked out awesome on my acoustic image amplifier, which is made for a bass! This unit accepts both feet and has the long synthetic wood toe bar.

Unfortunately for me, I use both toes and heels, on both feet, and I'm not sure what I am doing, but it manages to follow my vocals, as does my guitar! Thank goodness!

Anyway nice unit in splendid shape. Sounds GREAT. Appears almost new and the three-way switch for tone works perfectly.

Sold new for $300. How about $190 shipped INSURED and PayPal .

OR?

Talk to me ....

Cheers

Paul

Being a drummer first, guitar player second, I've always been intrigued by these gadgets.

Here's a bump to generate some discussion.
How and when have you used this?
What did it do well for you and why are you parting with it?
Thanks

Smile Hey Woodbox

Hey Woodbox.

You have the right handle for this thread!

I have used it in my home music room, where I have an exact copy of my small live rig. Saves a lot of hassle moving stuff, and I have a spare of everything waiting just in case...

Sounds a bit fatter than my home made kick box, which is about the 12th version so far!

Also, No spikes and No feedback even right next to my Acoustic Image amp, which goes all the way down to 20 hz! I can not do that with the kick box.

Unfortunately for me, I use both toes and heels on both or either foot! Not sure what My feet are always doing but they follow my vocals and guitar! Haha. Really depends on the song...

This sounds great and works super well, but you are limited to toes or turn it backwards and use heels. That is the Achilles heel so to speak! At least for me!

Some decent reviews on line

I put most of this in the Reverb ad, but bears repeating here for sure.

BTW, I was a drummer first too, starting at 7! Gigs at 12, bandleader by 29, solo acoustic by 42. 25 years ago... drummers get no respect, even when they are the lead singer and band leader! Sigh...

But life is better now, so all is well

Cheers

Paul

Thanks Paul,
for your thorough and informative response.

I'm interested in this thing, but not sure its contribution is worth the dollars.
Its a very cool idea.

I've been known to bump things to keep me from buying them.
Not sure why I mention that here and now, but there may be a message here somewhere.
