I recommend David Gilmour's "In Concert" DVD from 2001. It's several Floyd favorites done acoustically, plus several songs from well outside their wheelhouse (Richard Thompson cover, opera transcription, etc.). Gilmour is known as a god of the electric but he shows his musical depth and acoustic touch on this DVD.
