Acoustic amp for Taylor 214 ??
Hey all I have a Taylor 214ce w/ES2 pick-up. I recently got my first amp the Blackstar Fly-3. But realized I wanted something with more features and better sounding.
Now after some research I'm between the Roland AC-40 and Loudbox Mini. My budget is $300-400, I don't do serious gigs. I typically play Christian worship songs for up to 20 people or so in homes. I don't do nothing live on stage or anything like that. Of the two which one produces a more natural tone, close to the guitar sound unplugged. I've heard other amps, but seem to produce a digital tone if that makes sense. I appreciate everyone's suggestions/advice! Thanks, God bless! |

Fishman Loudbox Mini all the way. It's tremendous with a 214ce, or all of the other guitars I plug it into.

If you have an opportunity, try the new Fender 100 acoustic amp. Very natural sounding to me.

Seems too new, not many owner reviews on it. And GC or Sam Ash doesn't haven them in store to try out. Unlike the Fishman, and none either for the Roland.
