Thank you so much for your help.

One last question. Can I use a condenser mic with this amp? I don't see phantom power in the pictures of this amp.

Thank you

It doesn't have phantom power so a condenser mic wouldn't work without external power for the mic itself. However playing in front of the amp with a condenser mic would likely cause issues with feedback with this or any amp.

I really need to use the mic. I thought this amp would have phantom power like the Marshall AS50D, Ibanez T80N or the Schertler Jam 100.
Again, thank you for your help.

I just tried this great amp. Seems that it has phantom power! I bought it

The shop's site says it has a built-in tuner. Is that an error or does it in fact has one? If so, how can one use it? Thanks

Mine doesn't have a tuner. There might be one on the optional footswitch.

Picked one up yesterday.

What I Like:
Two channels guitar or mike, phantom power.
Great effects.Lot more options than my Loudbox mini.
Blue tooth streaming. Great on my android phone.
Aux input.xlr out.
Love the looks.Built in Handle, not too heavy.
Footswitch input. ( Uses the switches from the Mustang )
Good Volume for a large room.
Easy to EQ, good clarity.
No feedback issues even when I take the mic close to it.

What I don't like:
Blue tooth is hit or miss on my macbook pro.
( Really a mac issue, rectifiable from what I have read )
Voice seems to break up a little at a higher pitch but the store owner feels it's my voice. I must say it's better on some mics than others.

Indeed great amp, right?

Have you tried with Tc-Helicon play/voice ?

What guitar do you have? Active or passive pickup?

Only Helicon unit I have is the harmony one.
On my Martin 00-1R I have a fishman ellipse blend
and on the Taylor GS mini I have a LR Baggs M1 active.
Hate to be a spoiler but I'm pretty sure there is a 'shimmer' on the vocals, hard to describe.
I don't think it's my voice.
I AB'd it with my Carvin AGD 100, Loudbox mini and the regular PA.
I also tried three mics, Shure SM58, Audio Technica 410 and a phantom powered CAD95.
Will try taking it off the floor next.
Can't find a single demo on you tube with vocals through the amp.
Tried calling Fender but they are closed for the weekend.
Will try again on Tuesday.
Will keep you posted.

Putting it up on a stand did not help.
As it stands, I think the loudbox mini is far better on the vocals, at least to my ears.

Another interesting observation:

For the same output on the mic, I had to go just 1/4 turn on the Carvin and 3/4 turn on the Fender.
Wonder why that is if they are both 100 watts ?

New problem today.
My fishman ellipse matrix blend ( pup/mic ) will not work on the Fender when I have it set to pick up.
Works fine on the internal gooseneck mike.
No problem on the loudbox mini.
Appreciate any input.
Thanks in advance.

Never mind. My Bad.
The Battery was dead on the Ellipse.
Guess the mic is passive so it was confusing.
Hope to talk to Fender tomorrow about the voice issues.
These come with a 'whizzer' cone that many people don't like.
More info on these cones if you look it up on google.
